New Affordable Housing Development in Beaverton

This is the first project funded by the Metro Regional Affordable Housing Bond, which was passed by voters in 2018.

The Mary Ann is a 4 story apartment building consisting of 54 units. The new affordable housing development is the result of a collaboration between The City of Beaverton and REACH CDC to provide affordable housing for working families in Downtown Beaverton.

According to the City of Beaverton’s website, the Mary Ann will be dedicated to housing families with children and incomes at or below 60% of the area median income. Additionally, the location will also provide community services through a partnership with Bienestar, a local nonprofit that works with immigrants, families and Latinxs.

The Mary Ann is located on SW Main Avenue and is expected to be completed by Fall 2021. It is the first project funded by the Metro Regional Affordable Housing Bond, which was passed by voters in 2018.
