This morning, March 15, 2022, around 7:02 AM, Beaverton Police Officers began investigating a hit-and-run after a 911 caller reported a red SUV struck an elderly female while she was in the crosswalk at the intersection of Hall Boulevard and Farmington Road.

Officers arrived at the scene and determined the female was deceased from her injuries.

The preliminary investigation indicates the red SUV was traveling northbound on Hall Boulevard then turned westbound on Farmington Road, striking the victim as she walked across Farmington Road from south to north.

After the vehicle struck the victim, the driver made no attempt to stop and check on the victim or exchange information.

The Washington County Crash Analysis and Reconstruction Team (CART) is currently investigating the crash. This is an ongoing investigation.
