A candlelight vigil was held in Portland late Tuesday evening to demonstrate support and solidarity with the Palestinians.
The event took place at the Salmon Street fountain in downtown, and was organized by the Center for Study and Preservation of Palestine (CSPP). It is estimated that approximately 150-200 people attended and heard over a dozen speakers address the crowd.
According to the CSPP instagram account, the next event will be a protest/rally on Saturday, March 22nd at 3pm at City Hall (1200 SW 5th Avenue).
