Two men are deceased after a shooting in the Multnomah Neighborhood.
On Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at 2:45p.m., Central Precinct officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 9100 block of Southeast Barbur Boulevard. When they arrived they found two men deceased in a parking lot.
Jobanpreet Singh, 21, was detained at the scene and booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center on two counts of Murder in the First Degree.
The victims who died in the Multnomah Neighborhood shooting on May 3, 2023, are Dilrajpal Singh, 33 and Guriqbal Singh, 27. The victims were brothers and their family has been notified of their deaths. The medical examiner determined that they died of homicide by gunshot.
The brothers are not related to the suspect.
