A second suspect has been arrested for murder related to the December 22nd homicide of Abed Fattoum.

On Tuesday, January 10, 2023, the United States Marshals Service, Portland Police Homicide Detectives, and Central Precinct and North Precinct Neighborhood Response Teams arrested Bonscott J. Skinner, 26, in the 100 block of North Morris Street. He was in possession of a loaded firearm and a stolen vehicle at the time of his arrest.

Skinner was booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center on charges of Murder in the Second Degree, Robbery in the First Degree, and Burglary in the First Degree.
